Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP provides counseling in legal ethics matters, including legal representation agreements, conflicts of interest and fiduciary duty issues and ethics issues relating to departures from law firms. The Firm also assists lawyers in issues related to the formation, organization or dissolution of law firms. We represent lawyers in disciplinary matters, as well as represent clients or lawyers in prosecuting or defending legal malpractice matters. Our lawyers also serve as expert witnesses in legal malpractice matters.
